Weight Loss!
I officially enrolled in a weight-loss program last week, Thursday (January 24) but just started today. I guess vivid effect can be seen in a month or two hopefully. While the lady was measuring me and my blood pressure was taken, she said, we will try to check and measure after 1 month. I said, no problem. Then I jokingly said, “what if instead of a decreased result in number it would double?” and we laugh so hard about it. She said — “wala na jud paglaum dayon, ma’am!” (surely you will be a hopeless case, Ma’am!)
January 28, Monday - 1 hr and 15 minutes.
January 29, Tuesday - 1 hr and 5 minutes
January 30, Wednesday - 1 hr
I’m getting better speed at the treadmill and I find myself for sweating from day to day. I still can’t feel any change but I just love the way I sweat while exercising. As the trainor said — they are the fats being melted. hahaha!
January 31 - Thursday - 1 hour

Feb 5 - Tuesday - 1 hour
Feb 7 - Thursday - 1 hour
Feb 12 - Tuesday - 1 hour
Feb 13 - Wednesday - 50 minutes

Feb 19 - Tuesday - 1 hour and 30 minutes
Today, i spent 30 minutes on the treadmill no break. 20 minutes 35mph speed and 10 minutes on 45 mph speed. I didn’t pant nor had a pain on my chest. I am so happy. HOpefully, I can still make it the same.
Feb 20 - Wednesday - 1 hour and 15 minutes
Feb 26 - Wednesday - 45 minutes
Imagine I missed 1 week doing the gym. But even then, I really can feel that there’s a slight change in my weight since I started doing this. Hope I won’t miss today.

March 4 - Tuesday - 1 hour
March 5 - Wednesday -1 hour
March 6 - Thursday - 1 hour and 15 minutes
March 10 - Monday - 1 hour and 15 minutes
March 11 - Tuesday - 1 hour
March 12 - Wednesday - i didn’t go today. it’s my first day and tummy is real tender :(. hopefully tomorrow it will be bearable. I really plan to go today inspite of condition but it’s painful and am feeling uncomfy.

Imagine it’s more than a month! ohhh my goodness, arlene! What’s into you? Well — my work is the priority so this is the result. Well inspite i missed a month, my weight has decreased a bit but I feel am still like a bloating animal. hahahaha Well, I just need to update this. Hopefully tomorrow I can make it again. So for the record –
April 17 - Wednesday - 1 hour and 15 minutes
April 18 - Thursday - 45 minutes
April 21 - Monday - 35 minutes/ Badminton - 30 minutes
April 22 - Tuesday - 1 hour
April 23 - Wednesday - 50 minutes
April 24 - Thursday - 1 hour
This morning I had blood tests for sugar & cholesterol. For the record below is the result:
Sugar = 119 mg/dl (they said it’s not normal anymore)
Cholesterol = 181 (still normal)
April 28- Monday - 1 hour playing badminton
April 29 Tuesday - 1 hour (gym)
May 5 - Monday - 1 hour (gyn)
May 8 - Thursday - 1 hour
May 13 - Tuesday - 1 hour
May 14 - Wednesday - 45 minutes
(i weighed today and it is now 175 lbs. 10 lbs lost since i started with big gaps inbetween)
May 15 - Thursday - 35 minutes. (have to cut short to go out with girlfriend.)
May 26 - Monday - 1 hour (had a long break coz of the monthly visitor :D)
May 27 - Tuesday - 1 hour
May 28 - Wednesday - 30 minutes
(i checked my weight and it’s down to 172 lbs. :D)
May 29 - Thursday - 30 minutes
May 31 - Saturday - 1 hr and more (swimming)
June 2 - Monday - 40 minutes
wow that was many weeks ago when i had my last session at the gym. i was back at the gym today June 23, 2008 for an hour and ten minutes. I checked my weight and am down to 170. I thought i’d increase because no exercise for two weeks, but i guess if one controls the quantity of food intake - am sure the numbers will still go down.
Hope to be back there tomorrow.
June 24 - 1 hour and 10 minites
June 30 - i brought my PE results to the doctor and when my weight was checked it was 2 lbs down. I can’t believe i weighed 168 bt really i happy.
I’ve stopped my gym session for couple of weeks now because my running shoes got broken - beyond repair coz it was the sole that was almost detached. i think i used it too much when we went up the mountain last time. anyway, i thought of going on brisk walking around the block after work - in my casual clothes and comfy flats. so today i started it and ive gone far and when i arrived home, it just recorded me walking that far and back for 30 minutes.
July 9 - Wednesday - 30 minutes walk
July 21 - Monday - 50 minutes in the gym and i checked my weight, am back to 170 lbs. it’s ok, it’s almost a month that i stopped going to the gym.
July 22 - Tuesday - 50 minutes
