I spent an hour and 10 minutes at the gym today. All i did was 20 minutes on tread mill, 20 minutes on leg swing (that’s my own term) and then alternately a bit of exercise for my shoulder blades and my abs and then the newest thing i did was climb up the stairs to the 4th floor four times. There was still 20 minutes left for gym time but my legs were already shaking. It seems they signal me that i had enough for the session or enough activity for my legs. hehehe
For now, am home and i still feel the same tremor so am not hitting the shower yet. Will do so in an hour or two and i think the best is warm water. Ohhh how i wish i could soak in a warm water-filled tub.






















i admire your persistence to lose weight, me? so tamad. maybe that’s the reason God gave me a small frame kce i wont have the discipline to control my eatings…pursue this!
