Food Diary

I made a new on at my new blog.  And i plan to let this go on even if i get well with my allergy.  Let me get serious about this because aside from being free from skin eczema i would also loose some weight, too. right? So it;s like hitting two birds at a time.  I do need this too because on Thursday i will have my sugar checked again as they have weekly checks now.  The last time i had the FBS was in April.  So i hope i have a better result this time.
