Week-end Snapshot # 3

As i’ve mentioned in my other posts, I really had a very very busy day these past days but i tried my best not to miss the recognition program in my daughter’s school yesterday. I had no sleep the whole night, came home at 7 andwoke her up to get ready for school and i just dozed off to sleep with a plan to get up at 8 am. I was late for the program but not late enough to miss walking with her up the stage to receive her medals (silver and gold) and certificate . Look closely, I don’t look tied and sleepy. right?

I was happy for her and for her cousin too who got a bronze for the achievement test. I realized that there’s not much students who passed the achievement test in her class. I wonder if it was teacher factor or student factor. :DAfter the program, someone invited us for lunch but i had to graciously decline because of my work at the office. I looked at the faces of the kids sort of excited for some treat (they got medals u know — meaning, they did well in school) but i had to tell them to hurry home and change their uniforms and get relax. The treat would follow when I can make it. hahaha. To cover up my guilt of disappointing them, I let Dimple borrow my camera for them take pics of themselves and their awards. I got some of them but what made me laugh were her shots of her meeeeowws:

They are siblings. Orange is male and the blackish grey is female and is pregnant and the father of the babies is that yellow miming guy.

Happy belated Easter :)

Hi jane, thanks. thanks. thanks.

I am jst thinking that dimple’s group n school have good heads. there are several topnotchers when they were in the 2nd and also 3rd grade. bt now 4th grade — nah. i heard many failed. :( they have the type of teachers who is very passive and does not know how to encourage her student.

Congratulations to you and your daughter. The happiness you experienced this day surely wiped away the tiredness you felt.

thanks, Mayi. It’s been long since your last visit. :)

Congratulations MommyLene! Galing naman ng anak mo!

hi megamom, thanks. not really magaling. still at the very beginninghope it is the start of being “magaling.” hehehee
